What is happening

These past weeks I've been having trouble figuring out what I am going through. It's only logical for emotions to have some sort of origin right? I've been doing all the steps right. I've been keeping myself busy, staying away from stress, and handling things all in good time. To tell you the truth, I don't know what's wrong anymore. Everything that once made sense in terms of emotional acceptance now doesn't.

What am I doing wrong
